Sleeping Willow Ranch
Water is the lifeblood of any property in the western US and this 254± acre ranch has some of the best resources with water rights dating back to 1866. With two creeks flowing through and abundant spring activity this homestead is a perfect candidate for wildlife and fishery enhancement. The old barn authenticates the rich history of the ranch and there are many building sites with sweeping views of the jagged spine of the Bitterroot Mountains. The ranch is located a few miles outside Montana’s oldest community of Stevensville.
