10/10 Service and Rates

Josh and I are very grateful that we found J.T. and were able to use Hall and Hall. He did an incredible job; this was by far the most positive lender experience we’ve ever had. We’ve worked with lenders before and always had a bad experience where we essentially had to stay on top of them to get everything done. Working with J.T. was the complete opposite; he was extremely helpful even before we found land and very responsive during the process. He took care of everything and made this experience easy and worry-free. If we ever use a land lender in the future, J.T. will be the only person we call, and we will definitely recommend him to any friends and family who need a land lender. I could not be happier with his service. The rates were the lowest we found by far, and the turnaround was quick. J.T. and Hall and Hall finished well before we closed. He even said we could move up the closing if we wanted to. 10/10 service and rates. We could not have had a better experience.
