Who We Are

Providing the Southeast’s Rural Real Estate Market with the Representation It Deserves.  Hall and Hall has expanded significantly over decades into regions far from the Rocky Mountain west where we initially earned a strong reputation as a pioneer in large land transactions. Many of our western brokers were raised in the deep south so it is only natural that our expansion carried us back east of the Mississippi and south of the Mason-Dixon line. Our first foray into the south began well over a decade ago, and our successes there quickly grew to a point where we needed to have boots on the ground with dedicated knowledge and experience. It was then that we brought on Elliott Davenport as our exclusive affiliate in the Southeast. More recently, Alex Webel has joined the team as well. The original values that our real estate clients appreciated decades ago– honesty, doing more than what’s expected, and giving good advice– are still the essence of our culture today.

Land, for Land’s Sake.  Our business is land brokerage, but we are more appropriately described as land advocates. From recreational properties in the foothills of the Appalachians and wild quail plantations in Georgia, to agricultural farms, cattle ranches, timberlands, waterfowl flyways, and tidewater preserves, the southeast is an exciting and diverse landscape to represent. The responsibility of doing so – respectfully – is one that we humbly accept. Our ability to create personal relationships is at the heart of what drives our success and is what fuels our passion for doing what we love — connecting people with these great lands.
