Scott Leach

Raised on a ranch in Okeechobee, Florida, I developed a lifelong passion for livestock, wildlife, and land stewardship at an early age. After moving to Wyoming, I embraced the Western lifestyle through livestock judging at Torrington High School and competing in collegiate rodeo at Eastern Wyoming College and the University of Wyoming, where I studied agricultural communications.

My professional expertise extends beyond real estate. I have served as a big-game and fly-fishing guide and a ranch manager in Glendo, Wyoming. These roles allowed me to combine my dedication to land management with my love for the outdoors. Managing working ranches and guiding clients in the wilderness has given me a unique perspective on helping a diverse clientele achieve their goals, whether they are seeking recreational havens or productive agricultural investments.

I currently reside on the north shore of Glendo Lake, near Douglas, Wyoming, with my wife, Sheila.  Working cattle and riding good horses while refining the art of successful ranching remain central to my daily life. With extensive experience in both recreation and production agriculture, I am committed to providing expert guidance in every transaction. I am licensed to assist clients in Wyoming, South Dakota, Nebraska, Colorado, Montana, and Arizona.
