A Rare Referral for Land and Equity Loan

I rarely write or provide referrals, and this one is less than five I have given in my entire life, with a second also being for J.T. That’s right, my experience in getting my first loan to purchase almost 200 acres in Oklahoma was so positive, not only did I write a referral message, but I immediately called J.T. when I needed to tap into equity I had in my land to help fund the purchase of a business. It should have come as no surprise to me, but I could not help but be taken aback when he remembered exactly who I was and the property I had bought a few years ago. I described what I wanted to do, and without hesitation, he said he would be able to help and walked me through some options. With the knowledge of his verbal commitment, I felt confident in moving forward with the business negotiations.

Needless to say, the loan was approved without any drama and funded in time for my utilization.

Also, I recently referred a friend of mine in Missouri to J.T., who just closed on his land loan. He let me know how much he liked working with J.T. and had a very good experience with his loan process.
