Executive Summary

With a notable Elk River Valley location, the Brown Ranch is known for its river frontage, diverse landscape, and panoramic views encompassing most of northern Routt County’s notable mountains and peaks. The ranch’s lower western flank incorporates willow and cottonwood-lined frontage on both banks of the trout-laden Elk River.
