Robb is a 5th generation cattleman from South Dakota. Ranching and the western way of life are a strong legacy in his family as evidenced by his great-grandfather’s and grandfather’s saddles, which are proudly displayed in the Tri-State Museum in Belle Fourche, South Dakota. Robb left South Dakota for Texas on a football and track scholarship and later attended St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio. His background as a contract and real estate lawyer is very valuable in negotiations and complex property issues. Robb is active in the Colorado Cattlemen’s Association and serves on the State and Federal Lands Steering Committees. He enjoys pushing his cows around Routt County on horseback in his free time. Robb is also a member of the Roundup Riders of the Rockies, enjoys archery hunting and has been on the pro staff of multiple hunting companies for more than 15 years. Robb and his wife, Wendy, live on a small horse property in Northern Colorado. Their son, Brady is an Animal Science major at Colorado State.
Robb holds real estate licenses in Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas and South Dakota.
This recreational oasis is currently owned by one of the Cabela’s brothers and has been a destination hunting spot for him and his family for years. Ducks, Canadian Geese and snow geese migrate through this area in great numbers. Bobwhite quail and pheasant are also found in the area. Evidence of the quality of the area hunting is further emphasized by the 1,800-acre Pony Express State Wildlife Area less than a quarter-mile to the south. The property has great access off the county road and features 20± acres that would work great for recreational vehicles and hunting storage or parking for an RV.
