Location

The property is located on the northwest side of Garden City, Kansas, just northwest of the Highway 83 and Highway 400/50 interchange. From Highway 83, turn west onto Acraway between the Conoco Gas Station and Cummings Service Station. Proceed west to the property that begins at the end of the paved road.

Summary of Terms:

-         A 10% earnest money deposit of the purchase price will be due immediately from all successful bidders.

-         A 5% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid to determine the total purchase price.

-         Closing will be set 30 days from the auction date or as soon thereafter as closing documents are available.
