The Centerville Equestrian Center has been operational for many years and has trained some of the top-cutting horses in the country. Located a few minutes east of Interstate 45, Dallas Ft. Worth and Houston are both less than a two-hour drive away. The ranch was put together in 2002 with the specific details of a cutting horse operation. The facility naturally fits any intensive equestrian operation such as a mare hotel, stallion station, training and development for any breed or discipline, and would certainly fit an operation that boards horses with lessons and riding facilities for clients.
The property is currently set up with 90-plus stalls in two barns, with an arena located next to each barn. Both arenas are covered and lighted. Three Priefert horse walkers are strategically located throughout the property, along with a couple of round pens. The manager’s home is at the front of the ranch for added security. Outside the barns, there are numerous large and small turnout areas with good coastal turf. A set of pens for cattle is also located near the two arenas. As a final plus, it is surrounded by huge trees running across the rolling topography.
