Most of which are cattle ranches managed by owner-operators, and some recreational land holdings by seasonal residents surrounding Lake Brownwood. The ranch is teeming with wildlife and waterfowl due to the proximity of larger ranches in the area and nearby Lake Brownwood. A short distance south of the property is Brownwood, Texas.
