Three Circle Farms in northwest Red River County represents the highest quality among farming operations in the region. This 2,005± acre farm is 89% tillable and well improved with 1,080± acres under three T-L Pivot systems, each supported by multiple alluvial wells. Three homes, workshops, and a 10,000 square foot red steel building are among the well-matched improvements located at the central headquarters. Tile drainage on strategic portions of the farm and deep clay loam soils both contribute to the farm’s capabilities. The farm benefits greatly from the mixture of mostly FSA Class I & Class II soils. The predominate Class I soil types are Oklared Fine Sandy Loam, Wakana-Elysian Complex, and Waskom Loam. Each of the three pivots are served by a dedicated mainline supply system which collects water from a 36” diameter gravel packed well bore that has been drilled to an average depth of 45’. Each well has been cased with 16” SCH 40 PVC and fitted with electric submersible pumps. All systems are currently powered by diesel gen-sets, however 3-phase power is readily available along FM 410.
