Located in the popular Jefferson County School District, the property is just ten minutes to the public elementary, middle and high schools, 10 minutes to the Montessori School of Evergreen and 15 minutes to the Rocky Mountain Academy of Evergreen. General Description:

Vista Ridge is entered via a paved private road that gradually climbs through a well-maintained forest to the improvements near the center of the property. The estate is bordered on two sides by national forest and is completely perimeter fenced with end of the road privacy. While a sought-after location with extreme privacy, Vista Ridge boasts 360-degree views including Mount Evans and other snowcapped peaks of the Front Range.  The estate includes a healthy stand of pine and aspen tree forest with direct access into the thousands of acres of national forest. The owner put careful thought into developing the entrance road, homesite, and adjoining buildings to maximize views and privacy. Wildlife is frequently viewed on the property and the setting and improvements are something you would more typically find in Jackson Hole or Aspen rather than the foothills of Denver.
