A ranch deep in the heart of Texas spanning nearly 600 acres that has a brand-new main house with the amenities of a five-star resort has just been listed for $19.8 million.
The seller, real estate developer Chad Krippner, bought the property in 2022 and has spent the last two years transforming it into what he calls a “spectacular paradise.”
Brett Grier of Hall and Hall, who listed the property on Sunday, said that “it’s a one-off opportunity to buy something brand new. Typically, properties like this need to be cleaned up and fixed up, a process that would take years. With this one, you don’t have the headache of development.”
“The location is perfect—the ranch is close enough to Mineral Wells and an hour from the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, but it’s like a private island,” Krippner said.
