A 27,000-Acre South Dakota Ranch Asks $31.7 Million - Bison Not Included

An almost 27,000-acre wild and rugged bison ranch in South Dakota has hit the market for a whopping $31.7 million. South of Rapid City and near the Black Hills mountain range, the ranch is a “serious trophy property,” said listing agent Mike Fraley of Hall & Hall, which brought the property to the market earlier this month.
