A local rancher has purchased a massive 9,400-acre ranch in North Texas listed at $39 million, a spokesperson for rural real estate firm Hall and Hall told Chron. The rancher, who was born and raised in Texas, also purchased the wind farm on the ranch.
Listed by new Texas Partner, Layne Walker, who says the ranch has been owned by the same family for the last 25-plus years, the attention to land, vegetation, and improvements is evident.
