Professionals working in Montana's real estate market say sales of high-end properties have experienced growth in 2020 far beyond their expectations. The state has recorded sale and price figures that are among the highest in the nation.

The Wall Street Journal has selected Salmon Prairie Ranch as the House of the Week. The main home has four bedrooms and four full baths on two stories with a walkout basement below, as well as a large deck perched over the bank to allow for a grand view of the river. This home is built to minimize maintenance obligations so you can shut the door, travel, and not worry about a thing.

The Grizzly Bear is a majestic animal and commands respect.  For those of us living in Montana, Wyoming and parts of Idaho, it is our equivalent of swimming with sharks.  Simply stated; you have to be prepared before you wander into the woods.

We were thrilled with the feature story in the December 2017 issue of Western Horseman profiling IX Ranch.  The IX Ranch is a legacy ranch – it is huge, has a long history of stable ownership and a respected reputation in reputation ranch country.  Its central Montana location is 80 miles northeast of Great Falls and adjacent to the town of Big Sandy. The current owners are the second owners in the ranch’s 128-year history.
