Evan Kaseberg
A fifth-generation Oregonian, Evan’s connection to agriculture began with his family’s farming and ranching heritage in Sherman County, where his ancestors settled in the late 1880s. He earned a B.S. in Agricultural Business Management from Oregon State University and has built his real estate career representing buyers and sellers throughout Oregon, Idaho, and Washington. His experience encompasses working cattle ranches, irrigated farms, timber and hunting properties, waterfront acreage, and legacy properties.
Evan’s involvement in production agriculture gives him a practical understanding of the operational and financial considerations associated with rural land ownership. His experience with water rights, grazing capacity, agricultural productivity, and land management helps clients evaluate complex properties and make well-informed decisions. Evan holds real estate licenses in Oregon, Idaho, and Washington and is an Accredited Land Consultant through the REALTORS® Land Institute.
Evan and his wife, Cassie, live in the Burnt River Valley of eastern Oregon with their two young sons, Lane and Brooks. Together, they raise commercial cattle and a small herd of registered Angus cattle. Evan’s agricultural background and straightforward, solutions-oriented approach allow him to work effectively with multigenerational landowners, agricultural operators, investors, and buyers seeking a connection to the rural West.
