The Best in the Industry and a Friend for Life

This is a letter to inform you that, as of today, my husband and I are proud owners of Texas property and feel it wouldn’t have been possible had it not been for Brett Grier’s perseverance and dedication in getting it done.

From the start of our introduction to Brett’s big personality, he has always made us feel welcome to call him at any time and ask him any questions, never making us feel awkward for doing so. His knowledge of, it seemed like (the whole of Texas), never ceased to amaze us, and we felt we were being educated every time we talked to him over the phone, more so when we began our visits down south. He knew everything from the weather, geography, local history, waterways, the oil and gas industry, and even the local fauna of all the different areas we visited.

Brett was able to target the type of property we were looking for right away and continually sent us new listings for our immediate review. When we did come down to look at property Brett always had a clear plan and path to follow that enabled him to show us as many properties in the time frame we had while we were down. (It was always packed and planned well.). We always felt he had to have done his homework on every place we looked at because he always knew the property, its boundaries and any particulars on the piece.

We are thankful for Brett’s immense knowledge of cattle, farming, growing and bailing hay, fencing and virtually all aspects of ranching. He has gone out of his way to help aid us in our understanding of it all. We own a small vineyard and ranching is quite different.

In regards to the property we have just purchased using Brett as our agent, both Mike and I feel that we have been very well represented and couldn’t have been treated better and even over and beyond what had been expected. Brett loaned us his car when we couldn’t secure one; he set up appointments and made contacts. He has screened potential renters and found potential hay bailers and cattle to carry on with the production of our new property. He even made it possible for my son to see a dentist in an emergency.

In the process of finding property in Texas, Mike and I knew we would be meeting new people and discovering new places but we never thought we would develop, what we would consider a wonderful friendship with someone who we really look forward to seeing. Brett just has a way of bringing us into the best of Texas and showing us the “Southern Hospitality,” of which we have always heard.

In closing, Mike and I would like to say that we have felt so fortunate to have such a competent, knowledgeable ambitious young man to help us through this large purchase for us. Not only have we felt we had the best in the industry by our side, we feel that we have made a friend for life. You would be hard-pressed to find a better partner than Brett.
