30,000-Acre Ranch in Southwestern Texas Lists for $46.5 Million

The Y Bar O Ranch is deep in the Lone Star State’s southern Big Bend region, about 17 miles south of the city of Alpine and close to Big Bend National Park and Big Bend Ranch State Park. The property encompasses nearly 30,000 deeded acres ranging from rolling grasslands and creek bottoms to desert plains and high-country mesas.

It’s the largest ranch for sale in Brewster County, said Chad Dugger of Hall and Hall, who publicly listed it on Tuesday.
