Actress Marsha Mason’s Former New Mexico Ranch Lists for $13.5 Million

Abiquiu Valley Farm spans roughly 228 acres near Abiquiu, less than an hour’s drive north of Santa Fe, on the Rio Chama
The ranch itself “is an enclave of verdant meadows and towering cottonwood trees,” with a private pond and over a mile of frontage on the Chama River, according to the listing. The Carson National Forest is just a few hundred yards away—easily accessed by foot or horseback.
Its roughly 70 acres of irrigated meadows have been used to grow high-quality alfalfa, medicinal herbs and other crops.
The property is “unique in that it will be attractive to a wide range of buyers,” Cody Lujan of Hall and Hall said. “Unlike some that are specifically agricultural, or pure hunting, or pure fishing properties—this has just enough of everything.”
