Robb is a 5th generation cattleman from South Dakota. Ranching and the western way of life are a strong legacy in his family as evidenced by his great-grandfather’s and grandfather’s saddles, which are proudly displayed in the Tri-State Museum in Belle Fourche, South Dakota. Robb left South Dakota for Texas on a football and track scholarship and later attended St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio. His background as a contract and real estate lawyer is very valuable in negotiations and complex property issues. Robb is active in the Colorado Cattlemen’s Association and serves on the State and Federal Lands Steering Committees. He enjoys pushing his cows around Routt County on horseback in his free time. Robb is also a member of the Roundup Riders of the Rockies, enjoys archery hunting and has been on the pro staff of multiple hunting companies for more than 15 years. Robb and his wife, Wendy, live on a small horse property in Northern Colorado. Their son, Brady is an Animal Science major at Colorado State.
Robb holds real estate licenses in Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas and South Dakota.
Mark received his real estate license in 2012 and joined Hall and Hall in 2018. A lifelong resident of Cherry County, Nebraska, which lies in the heart of the renowned Sandhills cattle raising country, Mark received his BS degree from the University of Nebraska in 1995 and then returned to the family ranch. He is currently the owner of the Thirteen Bar Ranch near Valentine, Nebraska, which has been in the family since 1888. Mark has 20 plus years of experience in farming, ranching, land development and is an avid outdoorsman. In addition to his home state, Mark has been involved in agricultural and recreational properties in several neighboring states.

Nebraska Irrigated Farm consists of 4,599± deeded acres with 21 center-pivots irrigating 2,744± acres. Newer center pivots and wells produce 2,000± GPM with no pumping restrictions.
Middle Creek Farm is located 17 miles west of Springview, Nebraska. The farm consists of 1,987± deeded acres, of which 902.8± acres are irrigated with nine center pivots and groundwater wells.
The 2,529± Diversified Sandhills Ranch is in the western Sandhills of Nebraska and highlighted by a 3,800 head feedlot facility, center pivot system irrigating 448± acres, and 4,100+ square foot log home.
