Paxton, NENebraska Irrigated Farm consists of 4,599± deeded acres with 21 center-pivots irrigating 2,744± acres. Newer center pivots and wells produce 2,000± GPM with no pumping restrictions.
Diversified Sandhills Ranch is located in the western Sandhills of Nebraska in Garden County and consists of 2,529± acres, of which 1904± are deeded. The ranch is highlighted by a 3,800 head feedlot facility and four center pivot systems irrigating 448± acres. The operation has been historically running as a purebred cattle operation that has produced some of the top Hereford bulls in the surrounding states. The ranch is a highly diversified operation that allows for many different operating options, from irrigated grazing to finishing feedlot. The ranch is capable of running 300 head of cows year-round when utilizing a portion of the irrigated acres as pasture grazing.
