Preservation for the Snowmass Falls Ranch continues as Pitkin County works with the Land and Water Conservation Fund to add approximately 600 acres to the Maroon Bells-Snowmass Wilderness.
A massive cattle ranch deep in the heart of West Texas that has been in the same family for six decades has just come on the market for a little more than $46.5 million—or $1,600 per acre—a price that includes livestock, equipment, plus water and mineral rights.
A roughly 5,600-acre ranch that was used as a filming location for major Hollywood productions like “War of the Worlds” starring Tom Cruise and “Babylon” with Brad Pitt and Margot Robbie is hitting the market for $44 million.
