The roughly 1,700-acre property known as Caribou Ranch is now on the market in Colorado

Known as Caribou Ranch, the property contains a circa-1970s recording studio that has hosted the likes of Elton John and Rod Stewart. The property has roughly 1,700 deeded acres with views of the Rocky Mountains. It is located just outside the mountain town of Nederland and is around 30 minutes from Boulder, according to listing agent Jeff Buerger of Hall and Hall.
