A legacy Wyoming ranch outside Jackson Hole has come to market for the first time in nearly 140 years, asking $59.5 million.

Called Hoback River Homestead, the ranch south of the town of Bondurant spans 2,062 deeded acres along the Hoback River, said Peter Widener of Hall & Hall.

“It’s a great big scenic private valley,” Widener said. “You’re surrounded by two big mountain ranges, National Forest Service land on three sides, and there are snowcaps through July.”
