The Carlson Family Trust’s Land and Water Auction includes 154± deeded acres and 96 Colorado-Big Thompson (“C-BT”) water units. The land will be offered in four tracts from 10± acres to 124± acres. The C-BT will be offered so that buyers can purchase one unit, all 96 units, or the amount that meets your specific needs.

*The successful transfer of C-BT water units is subject to the Northern Water Conservancy Act and requires auction participants to apply and be approved by the Northern Water Board of Directors. Failure to get prior approval before bidding will put the bidder’s earnest money at risk. Bidding on C-BT units without such prior approval is highly discouraged. The Seller does not believe they own any of the land’s mineral rights.
