Cora, WYA well-balanced 1,180± acre cattle and recreational ranch including 700± acres of irrigated hay ground, modest improvements, miles of creeks, alpine lake frontage, and national forest boundary.
The Reimler Ranch is a large block of excellent grazing land totaling 8,560± acres of which 4,160± are deeded. The terrain consists of high rock-topped bluffs, rolling hills, draws, and gently sloping rangeland. The ranch grows good Wyoming hard grasses known for putting significant gains on cattle. Watering the ranch are two solar well systems that fill into multiple tanks, a good windmill and approximately eight reservoirs well distributed across the ranch. A number of the reservoirs are spring fed. With the multiple sources of water, livestock does not have to travel far to get a good drink. Deep, multi-directional draws and ridges provide protection from the elements for the livestock.
