Hall and Hall Adds Depth on the East Coast and in the Northwest

Hall and Hall is excited to announce two new real estate partners: Kevin Reinemund in the Charlottesville, Virginia office and Evan Kaseberg in Hereford, Oregon. Both strengthen coverage in regions where Hall and Hall has represented buyers and sellers for years, giving clients more direct, local expertise in markets the firm already knows well.

Charlottesville, Virginia

The eastern United States is home to some of the most iconic land markets in the country, from the Red Hills of south Georgia to the Low Country of South Carolina and the Adirondacks of upstate New York.  Lying at the heart of Virginia’s historic Piedmont region, Charlottesville offers a central location from which to provide real estate services across multiple East Coast states and markets.

Kevin Reinemund joins Hall and Hall partner, Alex Webel, in the Charlottesville office, bringing a strong sales record and a forward-thinking approach to land brokerage. Alex notes, “Kevin has all the intangibles we look for in a real estate partner. His tireless work ethic and strong ties to the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic make him the perfect addition to the team as we build on our momentum in the East.”

Hereford, Oregon

Idaho, Oregon, and Washington have steadily grown in prominence among land investors over the past decade.  Cattle ranches, farmland, timberland, and recreational properties in these states draw buyers from across the West and beyond.  Evan Kaseberg, who resides in the ranching community of Hereford, is Hall and Hall’s first Oregon-based partner and joins longtime partner, Trent Jones, in providing real estate services across the region.

Having grown up on a wheat farm and spent years raising cattle with his family, Evan brings firsthand knowledge of the land, the communities, and the agricultural operations that make up this diverse region.  As Trent observes, “Evan’s background in agriculture and success in the real estate business broadens Hall and Hall’s expertise and capacity in this important market and builds on the strong foundation that Hall and Hall has developed over decades.”

What It Means for Every Client and Every Property

Hall and Hall’s integrated partnership model means that new partners in Virginia and Oregon broaden regional expertise and relationships. A seller in Idaho benefits from a partner who knows the buyer pool in the East. A buyer in Texas is able to work with a partner in the Northwest who is an expert in that region.

Depth of coverage, thoughtfully built over 80 years, is at the core of any decision to bring on a new partner.  The firm’s ability to serve buyers and sellers of quality farm and ranch real estate from coast to coast depends on having the right people in the right places, with the right knowledge of the land they represent.

The arrival of Kevin Reinemund and Evan Kaseberg marks the next step in Hall and Hall’s ongoing commitment to the buyers, sellers, and landowners who trust the firm with their most significant transactions.
